What’s the difference?
All EliteGro™ and EliteGro™-Adv. raw materials are 100% xenogeneic free, however, anticoagulant is needed in EliteGro™ or other human platelet lysate products. Currently porcine heparin is the most widely-used anticoagulant in human platelet lysate-supplemented medium to prevent clotting, but this can’t guarantee your cell culture stay xenogeneic-free.

Here, EliteGro™-Adv. is the advanced product derived from EliteGro™, it does not require the addition of heparin and does not contain any anticoagulant nor animal-derived component in the product or during the producing processes. EliteGro™-Adv. shows clot-free, clearer appearance and good performance in cell culture. It is suitable for clinical studies to avoid xenogeneic components.
